At Mayukhi, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, our exchange policy is designed to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.

Eligibility for Exchange:
Items can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery if they are damaged.An opening video is required to process exchanges for damaged products. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Initiating an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Processing Your Exchange:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Approved exchanges will be processed and the new item will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Custom-made items and final sale products cannot be exchanged.
